By using this site, you signify your assent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to
these terms of use, please do not use the site. This site is owned and operated by Avix Solutions, Inc.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Avix Solutions, Inc.
Registration
When you register as a "Member" you will enter your e-mail address and create a password.
The e-mail address you enter must belong to you, and each Member may only have one account.
All Members agree to keep their password secret as it is the most important security measure on the Internet.
When other people know it, you are subject to their abusing your registration.
You will be held liable for all misuse by others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
e-mail address and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must promptly notify thecampusbook.com if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as
the unauthorized disclosure or use of your e-mail address or password. thecampusbook.com cannot and will not
be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Posting professor ratings
Any professor ratings and/or comments you post on thecampusbook.com are posted at your own risk. thecampusbook.com and Avix Solutions, Inc.
do not necessarily endorse your reviews. Although thecampusbook.com will never release your name or any personally identifiable information
to any of the professors you rate, please be aware that you are liable for the ratings that you post on thecampusbook.com.
Furthermore, all professor ratings and/or comments posted on thecampusbook.com are subject to the following terms:
- You are expected to refrain from using any language that is considered improper, obscene,
harassing, discriminatory in nature, vulgar, offensive, libelous or the like.
- You are not permitted to post any content that infringes upon the
legitimate proprietary rights of others.
- You are not permitted to post or upload materials (or hyperlinks) that contain unsolicited or
unauthorised advertising or marketing, promotional materials, junk mail, spamming, chain letters,
pyramid schemes or the like.
- You are not permitted to post or upload materials (or hyperlinks) that contain viruses
or that are coded in a way that might interrupt, disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality
of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment.
thecampusbook.com reserves the right to remove professor ratings that do not meet the terms listed above.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Avix Solutions Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,
agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, made or threatened by any third party due to or arising out of your
use of or conduct on thecampusbook.com, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any
rights of another.
